I've been experimenting again! :)
This time, it was Oscar night and I wanted to bring something special to the party at Amy's. I had too much Tofu sitting in my fridge and this is what came out of it, some scrumptious brownies that were gone before the top awards were announced.
1 - 12oz package of medium tofu, undrained
2 tbps - Canola Oil
1 c - light brown sugar
1 1/3 c - confectioner's sugar
1 1/3 c - Hazelnut Hot Cocoa Mix
1 tsp - Toruni Sugar-Free Raspberry Syrup
1 c - all-purpose flour
Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit in a 9x9inch pan, until center is baked mostly through.
